About This Experience

Kuldiha Wildlife Sanctuary is renowned for wild elephants, and Bichitrapur Mangroves offer unique boat rides. The area's heritage includes the Belgadia Palace, an 18th-century royal residence, and the Kichakeswari Temple in Khiching, made of black stone from the 10th century. Haripur features terracotta brick temples reminiscent of Bishnupur. Spiritual sites include Panchalingeswar, a shrine with five Shiva Lingams, and the Maa Tarini Temple in Ghatgaon, known for its coconut offerings. Bhimkund is a scenic spot linked to the Pandavas, with a striking waterfall. Arrive Bhubaneswar
Explore the "Temple City"  Lingaraj, Mukteswar, and the Rajarani temples. Overnight.
Bhubaneswar – Puri
Stop at Dhauli (Peace Pagoda) and the artisan village of Pipili (famous for appliqué work). Visit Lord Jagannath Temple (only Hindu Entry Allowed) Overnight at Puri.
Puri – Konark – Puri
Proceed to the Sun Temple (a UNESCO site) and also explore Konark museum and fishermen village.
Puri – Nuapatna – Sadeibarini – Dhenkanal
Visit Nuapatna for Ikat weaving and Sadeibarini for Dhokra (lost-wax metal casting) art. Visit the seat of the Mahima Dharma in Joranda to see the unique rituals of the saffron-clad monks. Also visit evening prayer of Mahima Monks. Overnight.
Dhenkanal – Lalitgiri – Ratnagiri – Udaygiri
Known as the Diamond Triangle, these are ancient Buddhist monastic complexes that rival Nalanda. And proceed to Baleswar. Overnight at hotel.

Head north into the heart of Mayurbhanj. Explore Tribal Village around. Overnight.
